Presidential candidate Julián Castro, former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, returns to the Cedar Valley this week after visiting Waterloo in March.

Castro will hold a meet-and-greet in the West Gym Courtyard from 11 a.m.- 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22. The event will be co-hosted by the Northern Iowa Democrats and UNIdos (UNI Hispanic Latino Student Union). The event is free and open to the public.
