Music from Groovy News sounded throughout Maucker Union during the lunch hour on Wednesday, Feb. 27.

Vince Gotera, a professor of languages and literatures, played guitar while his daughter Amelia Gotera provided vocals. Their setlist included “Give Me One Reason,” “Dream a Little Dream of Me,” “Mr. Sandman” and other popular songs from the 60s to the present.

Groovy News was joined during some songs by languages and literatures associate professor Jim O’Loughlin on the harmonica.
