On the corner of Olive and 20th streets, a fire consumed the ground floor of a rental house Tuesday afternoon.
According to a Courier article, Cedar Falls fire department firefighters responded to the residence around 3:35 p.m. after two tenants of the upper floor called in, reporting a smell of smoke.
The Courier reported the blaze was under control within half an hour after firefighters arrived.
None were injured in the fire and the cause is unclear as of this time.
