UNI students received an alert Jan. 18 which stated, “Reported shots fired at 18th St. and Hudson Road  three subjects dressed in black clothing. Last seen heading south on foot. Stay away from this area.” The updated alert read, “Cedar Falls Police have cleared the scene at 18th St.  and Hudson Road.  Subjects are still at large.”

Currently no updated reports by Cedar Falls Police Department have been released regarding the suspects.
