The UNI Police Department is investigating an alleged sexual assault that occurred last Friday.
According to the police report, the female victim was approached by a white male on Campus Street described as 61 and 170-180 pounds, with red hair and a baseball cap. After engaging her in conversation, the suspect followed her into Dancer Hall.
The assault occurred when the suspect forced the victim into a bear hug and touched her buttocks before releasing her and leaving in an unknown direction.
